When you refer a friend who joins an Elevate Wellness membership, you'll receive a $300 Wellness Credit to use toward our wellness experience treatments

Your friend receives 10% off a qualifying wellness treatment.
You receive 15% off a wellness treatment once their purchase qualifies.
