September Event Recap
Elevate Wellness in the Community
Throughout the month of September, we enjoyed meeting new faces, answering questions, and participating in events focused on wellness, movement, and personal growth.
The Science of Looking, Feeling & Living Better
We were proud to participate in an evening dedicated to whole-person women's wellness and education. Our Chief Operating & Experience Officer, Lois L. Collins, MSN, RN joined an inspiring panel that included Vickie Paesano, Founder of Core Aesthetic and the visionary behind the event, Dr. Alex Gajer, owner of Gajer Practice, and Hilary Phelps.
Together, the panel explored important topics including peptides, hormone health, metabolism, energy, leadership, and overall well-being. It was a wonderful opportunity to bring attention to conversations that many women experience but do not always discuss openly.
One of the most meaningful takeaways from the evening was the reminder that many symptoms' women experience are often dismissed as simply being a normal part of aging. Conversations like these help raise awareness that discomfort, pain, and changes in how we feel should not always be accepted as "just normal." Asking questions and understanding what options are available can be an important part of advocating for our health.
The event sparked thoughtful conversations and served as a reminder that wellness is about more than appearance. It's about feeling your best, understanding your body, and finding a healthcare provider who serves as a true partner through every stage, change, and challenge that comes with your health journey.

Elevate Wellness x barre3 Arlington
Our team also enjoyed spending the morning at barre3 Arlington for a wellness pop-up focused on the connection between movement and overall health. As part of the pop-up experience, we offered complimentary B12 shots to class attendees, helping them enjoy a boost of energy after their workouts. Throughout the morning, we connected with many incredible women and had meaningful conversations about wellness, health goals, and personalized approaches to care.
Our pop-up also included:
Education on peptide therapy and personalized wellness approaches
Vouchers for complimentary InBody body composition scans

Fairfax Chamber of Commerce Luncheon
To round out the month, our team attended the Fairfax Chamber of Commerce Luncheon, where we had some of our most memorable conversations.
We were grateful for the opportunity to connect with so many inspiring women from a variety of industries and backgrounds. The event provided valuable perspectives on leadership, growth, and community, while also highlighting the importance of supporting one another's success.
One of the most rewarding parts of the experience was seeing several of the women we met at the luncheon visit our office later that week to experience services such as lymphatic drainage and Celluma red light therapy. Building those connections beyond the event itself made the experience especially meaningful.
Wellness Is Better Together
Whether through educational discussions or wellness-focused conversations, these events reinforced something we believe deeply at Elevate Wellness: Wellness is personal, but it doesn't have to be pursued alone. We are grateful for every opportunity to connect with our community, answer questions, and support individuals as they explore their health and wellness goals. A heartfelt thank you to lululemon Georgetown, Core Aesthetic, barre3 Arlington, Fairfax Chamber of Commerce, our event partners, and everyone who took the time to connect with our team. We look forward to participating in more community events and continuing to share wellness education throughout the DMV area. We hope to see you at an upcoming Elevate Wellness event.
