We’re entering an exciting new chapter at Elevate Wellness.

In late May 2026, we will officially move into our new, permanent office. This intentionally designed space reflects the experience we believe healthcare should be in an environment that feels welcoming, calming, and private.

Every detail supports a more comfortable, elevated experience from the moment you walk in.

As a reminder, we are currently seeing patients in our temporary space next door, at 12500 Fair Lakes Drive Suite 100, and all appointments and services continue as usual during this transition.
